Tobirama threw a kunai made completely of water towards his opponent. If his opponent did not defend from it, it would simply sail past him, one meter to his right and continue going forwards.


Tasuke tilts his head at the Kunai made completely out of water, he takes out a Kunai with an explosive tag and throws it at the Water, hoping to blow it out of the sky.

"I like your hair, white hair is cool. Don't look angry at me like that, or is that the usual look on your face?"

Tasuke takes out two Shuriken from his Ninja Pouch and breathes Wind onto their surface before throwing them towards Tobirama.

(Fūton: Shinkūjin) - Wind Release: Vacuum Blade

Many years of combat taught me one thing, young ninja...

Tobirama saw the shuriken his opponent took out, breathing something onto them. He squinted his eyes, focusing on the shuriken as they came towards Tobirama at a good speed, but with a different color than normal. Maybe a regular kunai would not suffice to defend himself, so he began moving back and forth, imitating the actions of a drunkard, almost becoming one himself. As the shuriken came near Tobirama, he used his heightened reactions and analytical prowess to determine the last possible second to duck under the shuriken coming towards himself, then falls on his back from being drunk, all the while maintaining a hand seal. As he was falling backwards, with the shuriken over and behind himself, he used his suiton chakra and natural water prowess to create a penguin the size of Gamabunta under himself. The size of the monstrous construct was to be feared, with Tobirama standing atop it's head.

Talking in fights gets you killed, young shinobi!

Tobirama further manipulated the water construct to jump backwards into a very long range as it's flippers extended towards the left and to the right, hoping to smash the Shinobi on both sides. Tobirama was smirking, holding the hand seal atop the creature's head, awaiting to see the young shinobi's counter to such a sizeable beast.

The White haired man made Tasuke smile, watching him as he fell onto the floor and then the water penguin started to rise. Tasuke made a hand seal and slammed his hands on the ground, a portal above formed and from it an earthen lid shaped as a boar would fall atop of Tobirama. The Lid was solid and would crush anything below it, even though the Water is still pretty powerful for the lid Tobirama atop of it would be hurt and would stop the penguin from jumping back with the added weight.

"Stop talking then Old-man!"

Tasuke then stands and performs a single hand seal, his hands above and below his mouth as he exhales a stream of high Velocity Wind Combine with scouring dust towards The Water Technique and Tobirama. The Dust would leave them blind to Tasuke who was behind.

Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

Something must be above them that the young Shinobi summoned, so Tobirama did the only sensible thing as the penguin continued extending it's flippers towards the target. The water on the penguin's head rose upwards, holding the lid in place and keeping it from falling on top of Tobirama as the young ninja was hiding in dust, with the flippers incoming. With more manipulation of the flippers, Tobirama increased their size to a great degree, squishing everything within eight meters of where the young fellow was last seen. Tobirama then hopped off the penguin and with the aid of a random water tentacle protruding from the penguin's stomach, he made it to the ground uninjured, all the while maintaining a hand seal.

Dat's a cool water tech

Seeing as the Lid was easily countered, Tasuke's head tilted and he abandoned his Dust Cloud Idea as it wouldn't work out. Instead he performs a Rat Hand seal and takes a deep breath, exhaling blades of wind whilst moving his head around in different directions, mainly to the left, right and in front of him. As Tobirama was running down the monster, he saw his opponent perform a hand seal and start exhaling wind. This guy must be a pretty good wind user, or he at least fancies it due to the fact that most of his attacks have been fuuton. The gigantic construct lifted Tobirama down, as the wind goes above Tobirama and completely destroys the penguin and the lid. What a tragic loss the penguin was. Tobirama had always loved penguins for their silliness and stupidity. Why would an animal spend so much time in water when one cannot breath in water? Silly penguins.

Tobirama then performed two hand seals, creating a ferocious dragon made of water from the very moisture in the air around the young ninja. The dragon's body encircled and coiled around the opponent, leaving one or two meters of distance between the two with the young ninja in the middle, with it's head high up in the air, overlooking Tasuke. What was so impressive about the dragon is that it was covered in a veil of mist, but the young ninja would not know the properties of it. Within moments upon creation, the dragon would simultaneously crush the ninja with it's body much like a huge snake would constrict it's prey as the head comes down to squish him for added measure.

When the users water technique clashes with fire, the mist will absorb the heat, transfer it to the water technique, from there the water becomes scolding hot to touch. Lightning has more potential to conduct through water without it overpowering it. Wind element can sharpen the water, making it similar to Water Release: Severing Wave. This transfer will only work on techniques A-Rank and below (S-Rank and below for Fire and other elements weak to Suiton ; B-Rank and below for elements strong to Suiton). This way the original water technique will not be weakened, and retain the fullest of capabilities. Due to the mist veil being A-Rank, and have specific chakra harboring. This technique works under logical elements, not all elements will be able to cope with this, such as, solid earth, most water, wood, steel, etc. Solid elements that might have a chance to be absorbed (lava, mud, etc), after absorption will exist as material devoid of chakra. Elements that do not reciprocate with the technique at all, will not be effected, and clash with the original technique without resistance. Tasuke sees Tobirama run towards him and perform Two hand seals, suddenly a mist surrounds him from out of no where. In reaction he performs his own hand seal and wind whips around his body, he directs it all forward however in an attempt to clear the mist, but it also rips through the side of the Water Dragon that had coiled around him and so Tasuke doesn't stop running and runs through the gap in the attack. Tasuke leaps forward whilst thrusting his right palm down onto Tobirama's chest.

The technique takes the form of wind currents and is concentrated around the user's arms, lifting them up, allowing the user to be airborne while also allowing them to move freely in mid air. The user has enough control to release the chakra-infused air surrounding them as a directed blast that can cause considerable damage to the surrounding area. This technique can also be used to block a devastating lightning attack and dissipate it, and block other elemental/physical attacks as well as push them back by using the energy of the technique as a barrier (following elemental strengths and weaknesses). The pressurized chakra-infused air can be focused onto specific areas of the user's body, making the protection exceedingly more concentrated. However when focusing them onto specific areas, the user cannot achieve flight.

As Tobirama witnesses the wind technique develop, he instantaneously releases a new chakra into the Suiryudan covered in mist. With this newfound chakra in the Suiryudan, in a mist like form covering it, once in contact with the wind technique, it drains it of it's power, resulting in the wind to weaken one rank. Due to this, the previous technique absorbs the wind's power completely, turning the Suiryudan into a very sharp dragon, with great cutting and crushing ability that completely mauls the new Kazekage.

Description: One of the spellbinding water-based techniques. The user will activate this ability (instant activation due to it being stand alone, and does not grant ability until another compatible technique is used), to apply to all types of water release techniques that logically work with this. After the technique is set, the main ability granted will be is all techniques are infused with a special kind of mist, specifically similar to the jutsu Water Release: Grudge Rain and Hiding in Mist. This creates a sort of thin veil over the body of the water composed of mist, so the user can still keep relatively easy visual on the opponent and the mist is easily noticeable by regular eyes. It will not exactly make the user's own technique stronger, instead, it will weaken the opponent's jutsu. It will specifically absorb the chakra of the technique, decreasing its damage and weakening the technique overall. This will make it seem as if the user's technique has become stronger - on the contrary - it will just be the opponents technique that is weakened. Further more, if this special water does not touch a technique, but instead the opponent, the technique will begin to absorb the chakra of the opponent, -50 chakra will be drained. For every turn that this technique is in contact with an opponent, it will continue to drain the chakra out of the opponent by -50. This technique allows infusion to be done on streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. As well as able to use with the variants of Water Release such as sticky water and mist. Also, when this infused water clashes with another technique or comes into contact with a sentient being, if the user so chooses, he can absorb the chakra as long as he's still in contact with his technique and as such this will not work with projectiles or similar techniques. The user can dispel this technique at any time and while active, this ability doesn't have to be applied to every compatible technique used. This misty coating will disperse after clashing with another technique, meaning the damage reduction provided by this jutsu will only apply once to each individual technique utilized by the user.

Sorry I took so long to reply, had to get over it. ^^

Tasuke's palm hit landed on Tobirama's chest surprisingly, the opponent must have been stunned that he had managed to escape the attack. As soon as the palm hit Tobirama in the chest at a downwards angle it would mean he would be forced downwards to the floor, however Tasuke immediately manipulates and orb of wind to form behind the Senju and explode sending him straight back up towards Tasuke who would have already pulled his palm arm back and thrust out with his left fist to punch the Senju in the face. The two forces clashing toward with great strength which would probably be enough to knock the white haired man out and cause serious face damage U~u

(Fuuton: Tobideru no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Popping Technique

Description: The user focuses wind chakra at certain points in range, manifesting small balls of pressurized air (max 6) which immediately burst and push away objects near them but have no effect more than 2 ft away. They may be created all at once or in sequence and each one is capable of knocking over an adult. While this technique won't deal much damage to enemies, it is a good surprise attack and could leave them open for additional attacks. If the user creates a ball beneath himself he may evade attacks by launching himself upwards and can do the same for allies. Defensively, this technique could deflect weapon strikes and projectiles with enough precision to even launch objects like shuriken back at the enemy.

(Kodzuku) Punch

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply use one of his hands to deliver a simple punch by clenching his fist and swinging his arm. The user is free to do variations of a basic frontal punch and the technique though simple, can be deadly for strong users.

I was asked to check this fight by Penguin.
So the issue here, is fairly simple. LonelyAssassin you used your wind technique to defend against the Water Dragon whilst it was empowered by two seperate instant activation water jutsu. One of which being performed after the wind. Ceto would drain chakra from the wind jutsu, reducing it in rank to A rank. This is after the other technique (Davy's Devilish Devouring) absorbed the properties of the wind. Thus, the water dragon would be S ranked at this point, with spiralling wind currents all around it. LonelyAssassin however did not respond to it, as he assumed his wind technique stopped it. Therefore, he'd be torn to shreds by the water dragon, taking the full brunt of it undefended. He'd have massive bruising, broken bones and internal damage from the impact, as well as numerous deep cuts and gashes from the wind. I believe it is safe to say he diedalmost instantaneously.

As a side note, I'd also like to say that you cannot knock a person out with one D rank punch ._.

And my D-Rank punch didn't KO him, my Popping Technique + D-Rank Punch KO'd him
