I can see Yondaime winning since ET would be the only way to truly kill the Raikage. Suidanha isn't piercing the Yondaime knowing the fact Chidori barely pierced him. This ends with a v2 blitz probably, Tobirama has no FTG kunai's set up, and he isn't physically marking the ground before v2 Ay blitzes. Make this match 70 meters+ and Tobirama has a better chance..

Infinte Exploding tags will do the trick. He's even capable of escaping from the blast, so he can do it himself. Clone Feints help him tag A, since he's already tagged a faster character with disractions. Sensing helps keep track of him as well.
