I'd say tobirama can take down all of them down in a 1 vs. 1. and if by taka you mean when they fought bee tobirama can take down all 4 at once.

if it's after the kage summit taka (assuming they were together) tobirama with high difficulty

but if it's the current sasuke and his pals I'd say tobirama loses
