We haven't even seen Tobirama in a fight yet, aside from when Orochimaru controlled him. However, based on what we've seen, Sasuke has this, as Tobirama hasn't shown anything which points to him being able to counter Amaterasu, or get through a Susanoo.

That's normal water. Chakra enhanced water should be stronger.

Remember Shinra Tensei cleared Amaterasu.

Oral Rebirth ( hue hue ) cleared Amaterasu.

Why would a very strong Suiton not clear it? It's chakra water vs chakra fire. Water should win.

It's unfair to Tobirama to put him against EMS Sasuke of all the people, who aside of Naruto - whom I humbly believe is on the same level as Sasuke - and above tier ninjas can take out anyone. Give him time, and then we can say something. But Tobirama was a great Suiton user, and Amatersu will best him easily, as it's unaffected by water, eats flames, and chakra as well.

If Tobirama's justus are suiton based, then he's screwed. This is a low-difference win for Sasuke.

Water seeps inside Susanoo, takes Sasuke out/drowns him.

And who is to say Amaterasu can't be extinguished by an S-rank Suiton? It makes sense to me.

It cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. The only thing that the flames have failed to burn into or through is Gaara's chakra-infused sand.

They were stated to be unavoidable. It was proven they are.

They were stated to burn through anything. It didn't burn Gaara's chakra sand.

Water chakra counters fire chakra.

Shinra Tensei pushed it off, meaning there was nothing left to burn, and Oral Rebirth simply allowed Sasuke to escape safely, the jutsu itself was stopped by Itachi

Chakra enhanced water wouldn't be any different from water. Amaterasu has been shown to eat through chakra (Raikage's arm) and it has been shown to not quell in water (Bee's experience) so combining these two wouldn't really have much effect either.

That was enton used as 'Defense'. Sasuke never 'attacked' Gaara with Amaterasu.

Also the sand wasn't burning when it hit the fire.

^ It was used as a defense. It was never focused on the sand. It almost complete engulfed Hachibi within a blink of an eye, and burnt Danzo complete and he survived with Izanagi. Amaterasu has to be focused on a point to burn it. Here Sasuke didn't focus his eye on any target, simply used Enton to guard himself.

Same goes for when he defended against Raikage. His hand burnt instantly.
