[VS] Tobirama vs Oruchimaru

Both are known for their intelligence and having created their own jutsu. One can say they are quite similar in most regard. So in a battle who wins with each having possession of all shown feats. Ex) both possess their swords.

Conditions: Oruchimaru goes into this knowing Tobirama being the Hokage and his hyped abilties. Tobirama knows Oruchimaru is the student of Hiruzen and can perform Edo.

Location: The forest of death

Restrictions: Edo for both parties

Intel: as stated in the conditions, so basically manga knowledge.

Scenario #1: Oruchimaru is unable to perform jutsu, but is in a healthy state. So he can perform body shed a few more times, has ability to use his sword and whatever abilties that don't require hand seals. However, Oruchimaru can use his true form, which was used against Sasuke.

Scenario #2: current Orochimaru with Manda 2 at his disposal.

Intent to kill for both parties.

Distance: 20 ft apart.
