Everyone thinks Tobirama but my money is on Minato. 2 reasons.

1) Minato's Hirashin > Tobirama's Hirashin Tobirama even admitted his was inferior to Minato's

2) Edos can be sealed. Minato is well versed in sealing techs. And what Edo's are Tobirama going to bring to the table honestly? Hashirama? Madara? Does he have them in this fight? If he does then Tobirama wins. If not I don't see Minato having too much trouble slapping a seal on the edos' foreheads with a few Hirashin here and there.

Also...Minato has Sage Mode.

The fight against Tobirama himself though would be very high difficulty.

Only thing Tobirama did was create multiple jutsu's.. orochimaru is a thousand times smarter than tobirama and the third picked Minato over Orochimaru and even stepped down while IN HIS PRIME to give Minato the hokage chair.

Tobirama only got it because he was hashi's brother... he's such washed up trash and did a horrible job too

He reacted to Juubito while everyone else gawked in amazement and intercepted a TSB before KCM Minato could even move his arm. Minato has the superior applications of Hiraishin, but Tobirama certainly has greater reactions than Minato; this is essentially what makes this battle worthy of debating.

They are equally strong without edo tensei and edo is almost useless is this battle unless it's some strong edo.
Again in intellect department, they are more or less equals with minato having an edge, tobirama is more knowledgeable, not battle smart.
Minato is faster on foot but that is nullified due to ftg.
They are again equal in versatility, tobirama has water release while minato also has 3 chakra natures by databook but even without that minato matches tobirama with marked kunais and more ftg techniques like S/T barrier. And more marked kunais can be decisive factor in this battle.
Minato has chakra reserves >= tobirama since he had SM while tobirama doesn't.

Reactions are also more or less equal, tobirama having a slight edge and because of that it's a 50/50 battle. Can go either way, whoever strikes first. Or minato with SM can win.

Listen Idk why people still think Minato is better when clearly Tobirama is better. Tobirama pretty much wins this match easy . Out of the two, Tobirama is more experienced , more intelligent, has better reflexes, has more stamina, bigger chakra reserves, a larger life force, is a better sensory type than Minato, has a more versatile arsenal than Minato and also has equal speed to Minato ( they are equal in speed but thanks to Tobirama's skill and natural reflexes , he was shown to be faster than Minato in the War Arc ) . For some reason, many of yall love to overly hype up Minato's speed when in reality it is not better than Tobirama's. Minato was able to dodge the Raikage's fastest attack but couldnt even dodge a couple of attacks from Juubito whereas Tobirama on the other hand, was able to not only react but counter-attack Juubito on multiple occasions. Not to mention he was also able to get that Truth-Seeking Ball bomb off Minato's shoulder all before Minato could even touch it. AND lets not forget that Minato, the so called "fastest" , was also in KCM, a form that boosts every single attribute of the user INCLUDING their speed, sensing and reflexes. Minato has no excuses for his sloppy performance during the War Arc, literally every other Hokage outperformed him on the battlefield .
