In my opinion. Tobirama can win this with a high difficulty battle, as his feats of reacting to and tagging Juubito eclipse Minato's reactionary feats. So eventually, ET is going to come out and I think. Gojo will eventually catch Minato and blow his brains out.

Minato is faster on foot, but Tobirama's reaction speed is far superior to his as he can react to and tag Juubito before Juubito could hit him, thus Tobirama wins as reaction speed is what makes a Hiraishin user as fast as they are. Then there's Edo Tensei.

They are more or less equal. It's a battle of speed and minato having more kunai marked may win as that will aid him in hirashin level two more compared to tobirama. But one mistake and tobirama will win. SO tough to say. Gojo is useless though.
