Tobirama in official translation admitted Minato is better at teleporting. He did not say he is faster. What he meant by teleporting is not certain. I believe he meant Hiraishin.
Tobirama has more power. Minato has never shown his Sage mode lasts enough for him to use greater power and even if he did, Tobirama could still be more powerful. And Tobirama has many strong attacks. Also, if he is allowed Edo Tensei he has Gojo Kibakufuda.

minato is probably the most overrated character in naruto, sure he's fast but putting him above the 1st hokage is ridiculous!

Tobirama is great, but Minato is his superior in every way. Tobirama's edo tensei explosion could be troublesome, but I honestly fail to see how he could even catch him in the blast radius. Minato can summon toads, space time barrier, sage mode, and ftg lvl 3. Tobirama is outclassed on all fronts, base or bm mode.

Contract seal should stop his weak ass ET. Worse comes to worse, minato outruns the blast, he ain't getting caught by those weaklings.

Not to mention minato has seen the jutsu and how it works. Tobirama has to be at a good distance away from the edos to avoid receiving damage as well. It will be pretty obvious to minato if Tobirama is falling back, minato would know to keep his distance. Shadow clones can teleport edos away as well.

It's a dumb jutsu because no clue how many he can summon, who he can summon or if he has all the requirements prepped to summon.
