it could go either way here since tobirma could use edo-tensei, before it all begins.
Although minato could probably dodge most of his attacks, minato has only been seen using the rasengan as an offence so his other techniques are unknown. However Tobirama is probably the most powerful/skilled with water.

We cannot decide based off current feats. As far as we know Tobirama could have better S/T Jutsu than Minato, and if he did, Minato would get destroyed.

Tobirama is my vote, just because I am biast. But we really couldn't decide.

How does he "blitz" if there is no FTG Kunai by Tobirama? We do not know how far away they are at the start, so blitzing is not a valid reason that Minato would win.

I'd say Minato because of his amazing space-time ninjutsu (teleported a tailed beast ball) so he could teleport most attacks away. Way to fast for Tobirama. Minato is said to have the potential to become the strongest Kage.

I realize that, but we do not know how far apart they start. If it was like 10m or 20m I could understand the blitz idea. But 50m+ doubt it. Tobirama was quite fast as he dabbled in S/T Jutsu himself.
