his Suiton rivaled both Hashirama and Hiruzen's in a ninjutsu fight..

When tobirama gets some sort of defence against acid, then maybe he might have a chance.

Minato is one of 4 people with most fans in NV and Uchiha Itachi most likely has more fans than Minato.This post can't help you to prove your point as having more fans =/= most overrated.

lol, you guys serious right? xD although i love mei, she just has no counter for 2nds speed, even in a closed room, her jutsus dont work instantly, and her target isnt a stationed one xD, but then again, we havent seen her in a full on fight where she showcased her full abilities as a kage, so its pretty hard to say, with the given info from her previous battles and the 2nds, this one goes to tobirama for now untill we know more in detail about mei's abilities
