Tobirama vs Mei Terumi

Tobirama :- Water Mastery, Lightning Sword, edo Tensei, Teleportation (unknown what type or level of teleportation)

Mei Terumi:- Earth , Water , Fire base elements, Lava and Boil Kekkai Genkai

His teleporting has to be at a very high standard as it is constantly spoken of from various shinobi especially from minato the guy who is known for teleportation

Valid points however, Tobirama was said to have not completed the Edo tensei fully himself, and there is no reason why mei couldnt handle the edo tensei summonings, for one thing she to is a Kage and kages all are bound to have a various types of sealing methods.

As for being the strongest water user however that is not entirely true, he was one of the best water style users having mastery of the element where as Mei terumi being a Lava user has also mastery over earth element which is the natural weakness and thus would be able to provide reasonable defense against his water style ninjutsu.

As for the thunder sword thats not at all that amazing, it works well with tobirama purely because of his water style ninjutsu which is a good aide for lightning release.

Teleportation is amazing granted that but it doesnt completely garantee a completely winning,

Personal oppinion is that they would probably fight to a stalemate as they are both equally as strong as each other.

If Mei mixed her lava with the carbon in Gaara's sand, and Gaara applied pressure....you'd get diamonds.

Tobiramas edo tensei was completed in its own way.....

orochimaru was said to complete it by inventing the futa tags, which made him the controller of the edos, and they had their memories,emotions etc wiped....

The thing with tobiramas edo tensei..he didnt have those tags.. thus the people he revived were fighting with their own free will, exactly howd theyd fight if they were alive... No restraints, nothing holding them back, noone controlling them....

To put it into perspective..
What madara is doing now, fighting on his own,
Thats what his edos would be doing
