Tobirama med diff.
First, by hype Kakuzu has nothing to do with someone of Tobirama's calibre when he gets defeated by immortal's arc base naruto.
By feats, Kakuzu never hits the guy due to FTG or due to his speed. Kakashi's suitons were able to stall kakuzu's giant fuuton + katon combo, Tobirama who's hailed as the best suiton user should produce ones powerful enough to just equalize those techniques. In addition to that, Kakuzu is going to have a hard time dodging his suiton laser which is fast and powerful enough to slice right through the shinjuu's branches. He and his masks can't tank that kind of hit either unless he uses doton domu.
The real thing that seals the deal for Tobirama is shadow clones (who can also plant FTG markers) and the fact that if he gets an FTG marker on Kakuzu, it will allow him to instantly warp his attacks right into kakuzu, effectively bypassing his regen. We saw immortals arc base naruto only needed 3 clones in order to make an opening big enough for the original to land FRS, Tobirama can make more clones and is in every way superior to that naruto be it speed, reactions, knowledge, strength. He also can just power through doton domu with his infinite chain explosion as domu has never taken an attack anywhere near that magnitude.
I don't really see kakuzu being able to tag the guy. Sure his AoE katon attacks can clear out the seals on the ground, but Tobirama can plant them very quickly via clones and can block those katons with his powerful suitons. Kakashi intercepted false darkness, don't see why Tobirama doesn't, and kakashi escaped his fuuton without getting severely damaged, so I don't see how Tobirama takes more than him. So Tobirama should win this mid diff.
