Tobirama vs Itachi
Restrictions: Tobirama can only use edo tensei to summon orochimaru,both healthy.
Knowledge:Itachi knows that tobirama has powerful water techs,Tobirama knows about totsuka and itachi's MS.
Location:Open plain with a river running down the side.
Tobirama:
Tobirama was primarily known for his mastery of Water Release. He could perform powerful water-style techniques in areas that lacked water by creating his own water out of thin air. This amongst other reasons is why he is revered as the greatest known Water Release manipulator in the series. He could even perform some of the most complex water-style techniques, such as the Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique, with only a single hand seal.
His space-time jutsu is said to be better than Minato's and he could sense the presence of enemies just by placing a finger on the ground.He he wielded the Sword of the Thunder God, a blade with electrical abilities.
Itachi:
Even at a young age, Itachi's intellect and talent showed their brilliance in everything he did. In the few battles he had been seen in since the start of the series, Itachi was shown to be an incredibly powerful ninja, as demonstrated by ity to easily defeat several powerful shinobi.
Tobi said that Itachi never ceased to amaze him. However, despite his impressive abilities, he never underestimates his opponents, given his praise of Jiraiya, saying the best he could do against him was a stalemate. The only thing that Itachi was lacking was his stamina reserves, which were below average. He is the 2nd best genjutsu user in the series.
