Hashirama utterly stomps. Even if you start restricting some base moves, even the weaker ones demolish Tobirama. They are in completely different tiers.

I don't think it's as much of a stomp as everybody thinks.

Hashirama has brute force, and while that's important, it's not a be all end all factor. We've seen time and again Tobirama knocks Hashirama's intelligence.

As Hashirama's brother, Tobirama undoubtedly has knowledge on Hashi's techs. He most likely can counter them with sheer intelligence and applying his techniques.
