Sasuke wins this mid/high diff
--He floods the entire battlefield with enton and sets any of the marked locations on fire which enables him to bypass tobiramas range of FTG, thus allowing him to attack him effectively
--His susanoo over V3 tanks all of tobiramas attacks with ease, as once the AOE for FTG is bypassed, he proceeds to eradicate tobirama through susanoo slashes
--Sasuke can also prep kirin here, as his susanoo allows him more than enough luxury to prep it, as once the jutsu is prepped, tobirama gets blown to peices,
--Telepporting sasuke out of his susanoo is moot when he can easily track tobiramas speed, therefore making him susceptible to genjutsu or sasuke can reform his susanoo again rather quickly or he can coat the susanoo with enton therefore preventing him from getting marked by tobirama
as for Tobirama vs Minato - this can go either way, if tobirama has edos then he wins, if not then he loses
