Has anything changed? The fact that naruto in part one made one thousand clones (from the 2nd data book) means tobirama easily can as well. This is when he only had three times more chakra than part one Kakashi.

So considering tobirama can use GKF without ET (as can his clones), can't he just suicide blitz with one thousand-plus clones?

No. Base Hashirama wins without much difficulty at all. He's put to sleep with Flower Tree World in an instant. He has nothing to take it out before the pollen takes effect.

Yeah, because Tobirama has Jinton, which is wildly more accessible than Kibakufuda (Can be used faster) or wider scale Suiton like Mei. Which... he doesn't.

And you're still taking the DB out of context. He still needs Edo's to create a Kiba of the size he did. I doubt he does it without Edo's on a scale that even remotely threatens something on the scale of Flower Tree World.

EDIT: Also, the whole time he could be battling a clone as Hashirama can just mayfly into the ground and allow a clone to fight and then stab Tobirama in the back after the Kiba has stopped exploding.

Nothing anywhere implies that the explosion will be any smaller or bigger if he doesn't use ET.

--GKF is the only thing thats capable of even competeing with hashiramas mokutons however seeing how mokuton hobi tanked a TBB from kurama with minimal damage confirms that even GKF is non factor,,

--Hashirama then uses FTW to put tobirama to sleep,

-FTW covers the entire battlefield, rendering Tobirama's FTG useless.
-In the moment he falls asleep, Hashirama crushes with either Mokujin or Wood dragon.
-Mokuton clones and mayfly will keep Tobirama distracted.
-Mokuton Hobi withstood the destructive power of a tailed beast ball with little to no damage. So even if he manages to use GFK, it gets tanked.

So Hashirama takes it low to mid diff.
