Tobirama doesn't have intel on Pain. He is going to be figuring things out as the fight progresses. Anyway the six paths of pain are underrated, they will defeat Tobirama with mid-high difficulty at most.

the same tobirama that got smacked by madara from a behind blitz please tobirama runs up st blows him away then he is solod by those summonings alone dont overrate tobirama speed when only person he blitz was an uchiha fodder

edo tensies, even if he had some fodders to use as sacrifices, wouldn't work after human path kills them. and he would have to summon them while being attacked by a giant rhino, centipede, weird bird thing, ox, chameleon, panda and a steadily increasing number of dogs. all this while being rained down on by missiles, and in an arena where gravity is variable if pain wants to use chibaku tense.
we have only seen pain at full power twice, once in filler, and once where he won in about 30 seconds.
