That's very fair to say, though then again I'm not a Sasori debater.

Sakura's analytical abilities were't up to scratch at this point, but I suppose you're right.

@1: The Kazekage cannot instinctively control all magnetism, in order to do that it must first be magnetised by touching his chakra. In the event that it is, it can simply be removed.

@2: In reality it was only two opponents, Chiyo was vulnerable herself and unlike Sasori she actually displayed the ability to individually control puppets (One per hand.) - which Sasori hasn't. We know nothing about Sasori's other 200 puppets but like I mentioned he wouldn't have the chakra to use them all at once. In terms of 'not seeing him create 12 with his remaining chakra' I do. Kakashi was able to make a large amount by himself when he was virtually out of Chakra. [ ].

As Sasori's weapons are poisoned Suiton can simply wash them off, whereas poison smoke can be dispersed with a paper bomb, or evade.

Thanks for reading/

stuff aint that simple and even if tobirama washes one off there are more...

and it looked like u took shots at sasori's puppetry skills, when he is the greatest puppet master ever, when chiyo can use human puppets then she on his level because even he greatest puppet tech fell to the red secret tech...and dnt show a scan off sasori dying when chiyo said he allowed himself to be killed and wanted to die...tobirama win but much harder than u are willing to admit but what u should have done is put him against the true greatest water jutsu master ever which is Kisame and then see how the second place senju will do

"Now although Chiyo was controlling Sakura at that moment in time, (Which is saying something on how easy it should be to dodge.) she still had to operate within the constraints of Sakura's physical capabilities/"

1) I disagree with this for a number of reasons. First we have a manga scan which states hat Chiyo indeed had control of Sakura's movement, this wasnt partially done.

She even tells Sakura when to strike, meaning Sakura wasn't moving on her own at al unless she was advised to do so.

Also, if Sakura has the ability to move herself, with her strength she should have been able to pull/break simple rope seeing as it was tied above her elbow.

I agree that Sakura of a course of time gained the ability to predict his movements, but this was only due to having Chiyo save her multiple times against most of his jtusu. Tobimari going into this wouldn't have such comfortable stance against Sasori.

Secondly you underestimate Hirkin. It has little to NO blind spots, unless Tobimaru can apply invisible chakra strings to it to prevent its movement.

Otherwise, catching a blind spot is highly unlikely (tails defenses/offenses, oral offenses/defenses).

Third, if Tobimari has no prior knowledge of puppetry users how will he know about chakra strings or where to cut them is Sasori decides to hide the strings from being visible?

"Sasori to re-gather his sand and proceed to the next attack with Satetsu spears, they can be easily dodged"

I disagree, as some doesn't need to be re-gathered. The moment Sasori is to use a long distance attack, the sand can used as an offensive attack itself from the location, it doesn't need to merge back together. We've seen this done with Garra's sand countless times. You've minimized the usage of Sasori's Iron Sand in favor of Tobimari relying on suiton as a counter to simply cut through it, when sand can easily reattach or break off and counteract.

Depending on how long he is able to hold his breath determines his win, but his paper bomb jutsu can conter the poison mist too.

Just because it's a long post written with a fancy font doesn't mean it's correct. Sasori defeats Tobirama.

This made me laugh. Keyboard warrior. Don't bother commenting if you're just going to b*tch about the effort someone puts into something.

OT: I agree with you, great post. Also, who's that jerk who felt the need to quote the entire post? (._.)

I did read the whole post and I appreciate the effort, but just because someone spent so much time on this doesn't mean it's correct. There are so many flaws in there it's just astonishing. The sadddest part tho, is that Tobirama wankers are beginning to go too far with overrating him. The moment I saw Tobirama placed in ppl's top10 or hell, even top5, I knew that it all indeed did go too far.

Tobirama is OVERRATED as hell. Fake Suiton hype, offpanel reaction feats, 0 ET feats (in fact, it shouldn't be even brought up in debates - just like no one uses Mei's mastery in Katon and Doton in debates).

Its funny that in my fan-fictions I gave Sasori Tobirama as a puppet XD

Anyways good thread, however I can't really argue the subject as I have not read that far yet and would not like to get spoilers XD

If you think so lowly of him, then try to counter the OP.

No. Im not buying it.
Tobirama may still win and what not but:
That water isnt cutting iron
You say sakura and chiyo dodged all that but you're forgetting that they wouldnt get past hiruko if not the antidote

Though in its entirety this was an extremely great read which summarized many of the strengths and weaknesses of Sasori , I remain unconvinced that the thread properly addresses many strategies Sasori could use to defend himself and counterattack

I'm not going to waste time by arguing with Hiruko .. We are both aware that it would quickly be disposed of by the Hokage , so we can skip to the more interesting part of the battle

All in all the biggest thing you failed to take into consideration is Sasori's intelligence... You assumed that when faced against an opponent with superior speed and the necessary reflexes to dodge most his attacks, That he would remain grounded and just wait for his inevitable demise .. That unfortunately , isn't smart, and would be the exact opposite of what someone with Sasori's intelligence and cunning would do , especially considering he prefers to fight with the advantage of being

Once the Kazekage is out, all Sasori has to do is create a platform of sand to stand on and levitate himself into the air.. Fortunately for him, The cave the match is taking place in has more than enough space to maneuver around as he pleases which essentially puts him out of reach for the majority of Tobirama's melee attacks... For added protection, he would only need to surround himself in a to further assure his safety ... The versatility of battling with sand that can be formed into anything the user desires is easily one of the strongest weapons one can have.. and at this point , Tobirama , with what we know of him , has only a few remaining options to fight with..

If you're going to make an argument that Tobirama can "blitz" Sasori before he can gather up the iron sand to proceed with such things, then a simple counter to that would be releasing poison gas from the puppet in the same position he is standing, this would at least serve to halt Tobirama's movement, though with sensor skills he would be able to pin point Sasori's location, it would be unwise to enter and engage in melee combat under those circumstances.. Essentially Sasori can take advantage of his bodily functions and inability to inhale.... Tobirama at this point would be left with his use of long range attacks which would be defended by a quick formation of iron sand

Another problem I had is the exaggeration of the time it takes to form different tools with iron sand
You must be registered for see images

While instantaneous is obviously used as a hyperbole , it goes to show that the formation process isn't long at at all .. Yet another misconception is that Sasori would have to touch Tobirama in order to magnetize his Armour..

Unfortunately, Magnetism release has the ability to create magnet fields just like an every day magnet. Place a non magnetized metal material near the magnetic field, and it will become magnetized and become attracted...(Place a piece of iron at the side of a magnet and see what happens if you want to test this yourself)
So when the databook explains that iron etc tools are useless, they aren't just talking about the off chance that ironsand touches it... In that cave, any metal is under Sasori's control.. Of course, if Tobirama is smart enough to realize this.. he will remove his armor from the get go... If he doesn't fully understand the kazekage's kekke genkai fully.. his armor could be used to put him in a life threatening position in combination with the Iron sand Order jutsu.... Not only that , but whatever sword or blade Tobirama could summon to the battlefield would only be turned against him, thus crashing down your string cutting theory...
Of course, If Tobirama himself gets touched by iron sand or any magnetized material, his body will then transitively become magnetized as well.. which spells out even more problems for the Hokage

You do know Sasori and chiyo have shown that they can reattach strings extremely quickly? So cutting them temporarily will not be that much of an issue... If for some reason , all of Sasori's iron sand attacks failed to land a hit on Tobirama (Unlikely, as the longer that match goes on, the more iron sand can be produced, and the more difficult it becomes for tobirama to dodge every attack) .. But lets say that does happen.. How is tobirama defending from an onslaught of 100 puppets + the Third kazekage? which is very much possible considering he controls the mass of them in his nucleus area, while his own hands are free of use. There is no logical way that Tobirama can even fight off even 60 Puppets in addition to the Kazekage, while also having to defend and dodge against iron sand attacks and having his very long range attacks blocked by Iron sand ..
You must be registered for see images

And that's just one scenario , There are several ways to go about this fight, for both Tobirama and Sasori.. But as I said, I don't think that was a proper representation of what Sasori is fully capable of

Always thought that Tobirama can't escape poison, but your theory changes this. You're right.
