Because once CST hits. Tobirmaa gets damaged. And even if he teleports (which he can't when he's getting hit), he can't just negate the momentum prior to the teleportation
So he would still fall flat with all that force down on the ground. Crushing every bone in his body

is CST even needed since Pains CT was powefull enough to push away three gigantic summons
