And Notice how Tobirama includes in his quote only him and Hashirama.. saying "We are still outclassed brother" lol. That should directly tell people, that to him Minato and Hiruzen are inferior.

Well a minor correction.

Tobirama hasn't tried breaking free. He was ignoring commands. He could ignore Orochimaru's full restraint; however, adding Hashirama to it he could not, but still seemed to have some form of s minor resistance (the trembling). He hadn't even used the seals method.



OT: honestly I agree. He's been nothing but a Minato and Obito hype pod. He hasn't gotten to usehs Suiton, hasn't gotten to break out of his own damn tech, so yeah...


The only other characters would be Kakuzu, Deidara, Sasori, Kimmimaru, and Chiyo....who were all trolled hard or got no screen time.

Kishi trolled Tobirama hard with Madara being able to break out of the jutsu that HE created, I agree with that, it honestly was some of the shittiest writing on kishi's behalf, I was flabbergasted when orochimaru restrained him and he never used the seals to break control, biggest wtf moment I've seen in a while.

As of now, it does look like he was only brought back for narrative's sake, but let's wait and see. And was it actually specifically mentioned that he doesn't know the seals for ET release? Like someone above said, he tried resisting orders (like, say, Hanzo did), but Oro managed to bind him. He didn't try making the ET release seals, and now, he doesn't need them anyway since Oro isn't controlling them.

Or maybe the way for a zombie to free themselves from ET through seals was actually invented by Madara, who knows?

Madara had no one stopping him from using the seals to break out of Edo Tensei.

Not the case for Tobirama; if he tried to break out, Orochimaru would just bind him.
