Some people here say Madara turned into a villain after Tobirama's words... No, no, no. Here is the proof: When Madara and Hashirama's fathers were fighting, Madara turned into evil. When Izuna died, Madara turned into evil again. I mean, he was 'lost' way before Tobirama's words. Madara's personality changes all the time, he can not be trusted! Actually Tobirama is the only real shinobi in this flashback. He is the one that realized Madara is a danger for society, and you know what? He was right.
