Tobirama, Suigetsu, and Suiton Users

This is not in any way or by any means to theorize Jiraiya and his death or return. Just wondering if the real truth is that his body is under too much water pressure and can't be obtained. But I just thought to myself that if someone - Orochimaru, Kabuto, or anyone wanted to get it couldn't they? Can't they just get a suiton user or some other type of jutsu to get it? I mean this is Naruto....they can do anything in this story.

Again this isn't another theory to say Jiraiya will come back so please don't post reasons why he won't come back etc etc. I just don't believe that in this story "being deep under water with too much pressure" is a legitimate enough reason to not be able to do something.....

kabuto or orochimaru would have got dna from those weapons

Anyways... people saying it would be pointless to have him back. Maybe so, but I would love it if he can see how far Naruto has come and be so proud of him... That would be epic
