So. Im hearing people say that Kabuto/ Orochimaru are the strongest now because of Edo tensei
So is Tobirama then Number 1# to? . Then everyone could say Tobirama is 1# because of
-S/T
-Edo Tensei
-Best Water Release so far.
IMo he is Top 10.

Tobirama's Edo Tensei was an incomplete version in some way, maybe he didn't have full control over the edo's, or maybe there was a timer on how long he could have them up. Maybe there was even a problem with the preparation - But still, he was said to have never used the jutsu, and never intend to use it. So it's really not apart of his arsenal.
