Didn't see any MS abilities from Izuna, I'm not even sure if his sharingan was activated, didn't seem like it. Who knows how long they were fighting, Izuna probably exhausted himself to the point where he couldn't use the Mangekyou anyone. Tobirama them seizes on this opportunity to strike. Well that's what I think anyway.

this what I am saying.Izuna probably was better than Tobirama but the situation that izuna was in make him vulnerable to Tobirama FTG attack.They were in a war ,which mean the battle field was crowded with senju and uchiha member

I still don't see anywhere stating madara getting blind eyes from dead izuna. The very last chapters madara stated those who lack power dies showing eyeless izuna. I don't think madara implying izuna with Ms in anyway can be weak nor had he mention izuna blindness
