Only basing this off of what we know so far. From Edo Tensai (manevolent/immoral technique, etc) his demeanor basically. Minus the Sharingan of course and the other Uxhiha traits.

Anyone else think this is what Madara would had pretty much been if he were the second...?

But Madara is totally the opposite-feeling of Hashi... Hashi is like a 360 of Lord M. (Personality wise) Power, well that is of course another story.

Edit: (Hand seals: Edit no jutsu!) ...Luckily this is not about power now is it. :p (Sig cracks me up btw, props brah)

madara once had the same dream as hashi, given the chance he may have done well.....Hashi did say to treat and care for konoha as he would his own brother

the problem was that everyone else betrayed him

Bastards! (naw I remember that), and I mean current Madara, not past (as he's written off the village since then), so that wasn't exactly an accurate response, methinks. :p

Well derp, didn't know that! (naw), but that wasn't much an answer... Let me reiterate for you:

do you find Tobi too be similar to Madara (given thee above) Y/N

Was he shady character ? From the in-depth analysis/popular belief: yes

Did he create forbidden Jutsu: yes

Did he <insert other similarities> yes.

Tobirama is not a shady guy, he was very straightforward.
We just don't know much about him since Kishi has been too focused on Madara and Hashirama.
He did create a forbiden jutsu but he was sane enough to label it as a kinjitsu not meant to be used again.
Tobirama wouldn't come up with a naive jutsu like the moon eye plan as the solution to world problems.
He is more mature than the butt hurt Madara.
Tobirama is more like Izuna, while Hashirama is more like Madara. That's the similarity that Kishi has been hinting throughout the entire flashback!
