hilarious how. Are you insinuating that tobirama is a joke? he is the most serious guy in the world. Do you mean to put him in a spinoff like rocklee or a title more like kakashi chronicles? Either way I honestly don't find him that interesting, He does not have the explosive personality of naruto or the controversial, slightly illogical decision making of sasuke to carry a story.
edit: I would prefer minato or maybe hizuren, they both have vague enough past and are not hindered by childhood wars(as far as we know or maybe they just were not involved in these wars do to age)
