SenjuLooks: Tobirama is well known for his shaggy white hair, red eyes, and three red streaks under his eyes and chin. While in battle his shinobi out fit consisted of blue armour, his forehead protector was modeled to be a face guard, and his outfit under his armour has a white fur collar. While out of his shinobi outfit he wears a blue kimono shirt held closed by a pale yellow sash with mesh armour underneath and navy blue pants. On his left arm he wears a white bracelet with a blue band in the middle.
Personality: Tobirama is very proud of his abilities with water techniques, has a sense of humor even in the most stressful of situations. He is very loyal to his village and puts the well being of it high above his own, he is also strong-spirited and very passionate.

Background Info.
History:
My name is, Tobirama Senju, my older brother and I were born during warring times where there was no village in the Land of Fire. Over the many years of training with my clan and my brother, I learned to truly master the Water element. So much so that I am capable of performing any water jutsu without there being a water source for it. When my brother became the leader of our clan we became regarded as one of the two most powerful clans in the world with the other being the battle hardened Uchiha Clan. Over years of constantly battling the Uchiha clan we grew tired of the constant blood shed, we asked my brother to call for a truce among the Uchiha Clan, and together our clans and the clans that we have conquered formed Konohagakure.
Many years later my brother and I after an assassination attempt on him by Kakuzu we opted to look towards the future of Konoha and we began training a young Hiruzen Sarutobi. When my brother managed to come into possession of several Tailed Beasts, he appointed me as the Second Hokage of Konohagakure and we both went to several other villages to distribute the beasts in hopes of preventing war…but all that did in the end was provoke it so one day I sat with the Second Raikage of Kumogakure to form a formal alliance between our great nations but the Gold and Silver Brothers, Kinkaku and Ginkaku, had different intentions and attempted a coup d’état against the Second Raikage and myself, though they failed and where exiled and treated as traitors I was left near dead during their surprise attack. After I had finally healed from all of my injuries I began to create Konoha’s organizational system, while my brother was out distributing the beasts to the other countries and trying to talk of peace.
During that time I was focused on making Konoha a better village I began setting up several different organizations such as the Academy, so that young children may properly begin learning what it takes to become a shinobi or kunochi of our village, the Anbu Black Ops for top secret missions which were handed out specifically by me and future Hokages, the Chuunin Exams, for where all out great nations would gather to see our young uprising shinobi and kunochi and see who of them would become higher in their ranks, and the Konoha Military Police Force, which was a sign of trust to the Uchiha clan due to them making the majority of that group. But others such as Madara Uchiha, believed it was me just trying to distance the clan further from the government of the village and placed under tight surveillance by the Anbu Black Ops, but he never trusted any of us considering my brother was placed as the First Hokage instead of him.
A few years later my brother’s peace offerings failed and we found ourselves in the midst of our First Great Shinobi World War. My brother had fallen early on in the war, sadly. At some point during the near end of the war my team
that consisted of, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Homura Mitokado, Koharu Utatane, Danzou Shimura, Kagami Uchiha, and Torifu Akamichi, were being chased by several elite shinobi of Kumogakure. That team was the team that was made to hunt down Kinkaku…they were called the Kinkaku force. We knew the only way to get out alive was for one of us to be the bait and distraction while the others escaped, before anyone else could nominate themselves, I stood up saying that I would be the distraction while the others got out safe, and while doing so I named Hiruzen Sarutobi to be the next Hokage and passing on my “Will of Fire” to him. Immediately after doing so I took charge against the Kinkaku Force of Kumogakure…even though I managed to take several of them out their numbers eventually got the better of me and I was taken captive to Kumogakure…and they left a duplicate of my body where they captured me to make my village believe I was dead…when I arrived in Kumogakure I was put in their prison I was some how sealed inside a scroll where time stood still for many decades…

This next part is a continuation of his history but is purely fanfic
After decades of being sealed away…someone finally released me from that hell…but when I was finally released everything looked different…the room I was in was full of dust and cobwebs and the man that released me was the current Raikage, Roku Kiyoshi, when he told me he had no idea that I was in the seal I quickly figured that I was sealed without any of the Raikage’s notice. After which Roku had just told me that not too long ago he had met my brother, I was shocked to hear him say that and when I asked him how he told me what was told to him and I laughed in enjoyment that my brother was in fact still alive and well. When I proceeded to ask Roku what had become of Konoha he told me everything that he knew and that it was nearly completely destroyed by a single man who had the legendary doujutsu, the Rinnegan. I would later excuse myself from his presence and made my way back to Konoha, on my way threw the Land of Fire I stopped by the final battlefield of my brother and Madara Uchiha, and saw that the two status were fully completed but damaged near the base of it…
When I made it back to Konoha I saw that it was indeed nearly completely destroyed but with a quite a few buildings near it’s center. I went into the area and when people saw me they were in awe and disbelief as if they were seeing a ghost, and who could blame them I have been gone for decades…when I finally met back up with Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane, they were the elder council members of Konoha…I was surprised to see they were still alive and they were even more surprised to see me. After meeting with them and talking with them too hear what all has happened since that day I sent them back to the village, I was stunned to hear what all truly happened and I grieved over the loss of my first student Hiruzen at his grave site along as well as at Minato Namikaze’s grave site. But I was happy to hear that the “Will of Fire” has been carried on threw the generations…after returning the Homura and Koharu we has a re-council and they told me that they have made Danzou Shimra the acting 6th Hokage, I asked them about who the fifth was and when they told me I went to my grandnieces hospital bed and had Shizune excused from the vicinity for the time being and while in her unconscious state I could still see her fighting spirit to not give up yet…after which Homura and Koharu asked if I would be re-taking the reigns of leader of Konoha because they needed a leader who could re-instill hope into them…I declined and told them from what I have heard they have an amazing group of young shinobi who would make a much better leader but I would stay there until Kakashi Hatake, Danzou and Yamato returned to the village and I would then leave to seek out aid…
When I heard of the others returning I counciled with Kakashi, Yamato, and my awakened Grandniece and heard that Madara was still alive and has declared the 4th Great Shinobi World War. I told them that I would go and seek out tactical points for the ensuing war against the criminal organization Akatsuki, and told Tsunade that they should join with the other villages for the Allied joint shinobi army and I left. On my travels to get a tactical over view of the area I met a young man of the Uchiha clan named Izuna Uchiha and he seemed to be highly skilled in the Water technique area, but without revealing to him who I was I watched him fight against several rouge shinobi, after which I spoke with him and revealed to him who I was, after we had a short battle with water only we both smirked and went our separate ways. While traveling I heard a noise coming from a deserted location and saw this giant snake going into a cave and I crouched down and placed my finger tips on the ground and sensed that Madara Uchiha, a strange man, Yamato, my brother, and a hundred thousand strange chakra bodies that felt like my brothers. I also sensed that there were five dead bodies that were brought back by the technique I created all those years ago called Impure World Resurrection. I continued to scout the outer perimeter of the location until I saw a few shinobi heading over and I decided to go and get a better vantage point but remain hidden from everyone…until the time was right for me to make my move…
After having scouted the territory and saw a mass amount of resurrected shinobi and kunoichi head out of the cave.......including the Gin and Kin brothers I knew that there was something definitely wrong with the picture and decided to locate the user of my damned technique. But he proved himself worthy of hiding his location....I decided to wait a day and survey the area to locate the summoner, and just incase other resurrected shinobi or kunoichi opted to make their presence known so I could better find the summoner......

Intelligence and Tracking Skills: Tobirama is a very intelligent and powerful shinobi of Konoha. He was the creator of the Kinjutsu Summoning Technique: Impure World Resurrection, though he never mastered the technique after it’s creation. As stated by Minato Namikaze, Tobirama is apparently highly skilled in Space-Time Ninjutsu but to what degree has not been mentioned.
He is also capable of placing his index finger on the ground and being capable of detecting the presence and number of enemy forces. By the vibrations of the ground of the area thus being capable of knowing his enemies exact location.
Nature Transformation: Tobirama is primarily known for his mastery of Water Release techniques, being capable of making use of the even the most powerful water techniques without there being bodies of water anywhere, making him known as the greatest water manipulator to have ever existed. He can manipulate it to form projectiles or tendrils, he is also capable of performing the most complex water techniques with just a single hand seal. He is able to use the water molecules in the air to use high leveled water techniques.

Taijutsu & Kinjutsu: Tobirama has been said to have been the original possessor of the “Sword of the Thunder God” (Raijin no Ken), a sword of electrical abilities and was said to have mastered the sword despite it’s lethality. He has also been shown to have a great physical prowess and highly considerable skill in the art of Taijutsu, as well as exceptional team work with his older brother, Hashirama Senju.
Sword of the Thunder God (Raijin no Ken)
The sword glowed bright yellow and was apparently infused with pure electrical energy, hence its name. The blade was unusual in that, though it appeared to retract into or emanated from the hilt or crossguard like a lightsaber (and producing the same sound)
