What hype exactly? He really has no hype. Sasori has good hype. He took out a nation. All of Tobirama's "hype" is made up from Narutowiki and now people think he is the best Suiton user in Naruto. I think he will be the best, but he has no hype or feats.

spite against tobirama. sasori is immune to swordsmen, and hes immune to most physical attack. suiton gets countered by iron sand. FTG we dont know enough about.
speed isnt going to help when sasori can use area of effect attacks.

tobirama's hype was him getting annhilated by enemies again and again over a course of many years and killing a weakened izuna via a cheap surprise slash when izuna wasnt expecting it.
sasori took down a country, defeated the strongest kazekage, and is more powerful than deidara
