restriction: Edo tensei, i dont see any jutsu to be restricted from Darui.

darui held his own vs kin and gin with backup from team 10, kitsuchi and HQ
tobirama got beaten to near death with backup from personal hokage guards, and 2nd raikage.

that said, by hype tobirama should rightly stomp. FTG and edo tensei plus hokage > jounin. lightning beats suiton since darui can channel his raiton through his suiton and tobirama's. and darui's swordsmanship is good.
his only hope however is if he gets the rikudo weapons and seals tobirama

tobirama doesnt have enough feats with his FTG to make a difference. we only saw the aftermath of the izuna fight

All things considered, Tobirama should be able to win this with relative ease. With Hiraishingiri, Darui wouldn't be able to stop the slash since he doesn't have the proper speed feats to deal with such a technique.
