2.- Knowledge, he is a Scientific like Orochimaru.
3.- Agility, he is very fast and acrobatic.
4.- Known as the fastest in his generation
5.- Stamina from the Senju Hype.

Strength, Fuinjutsu, and chakra control should be better while Genjutsu should be a lot less. Senjus and Genjutsu are mediocre at best

4 is a good level. He is more a tactic ninja with Ninjutsus. That is why a 4. Fuinjutsu maybe yes and chakra control maybe yes also.

I think Tobirama has a lot of chances to win. I can see him superior on some areas.

But what are the reasons?

Well for one Hashirama or even naruto and jiraiya who are not even a shadow style nature showed at least one genjutsu feat despite being bad at it. And these are guys that have 2 and a 3 in the databook when it comes to genjutsu. But since Tobirama is a genius and showed proficiency in shadow style fragments in his databook, I'll give him a 3.5 for genjutsu(.5 generosity but still lack feats) .

I gave him a perfect in strength and fuinjutsu because he's a senju. He has excellent chakra control because it required Madara more black chakra weapons to pin him down than his brother while still being able to knead a little bit chakra to spit at Madara.

Oh yeah I think taijutsu should be less too because his cqc is depended on ftg and not actual hand to hand.
