Tobirama Senju and Hiruzen Sarutobi

First of all these people wearn't weak nor are they now, it is just that their abilities will come in use further in the manga, believe it!

Tobirama Senju:
- Had almost a big a chakra reserve a his brother
- Super sensing abilities
- he designed s/t ninjutsu
- he designed edo tensei
- i think this guy was a real thinker he sought problems and fixed them.
- he made a police squad from the uchiha to maintain the order
- he saw death so he created edo tensei
- he found a way to travel faster
- he was a thinker a guy that has logic
- i think you underestimate him far to much(and by you i mean the people who say he's nothing)

Hiruzen Sarutobi:
-i think its safe to say that this guy could use all natures, but only mix a few.
the reason for this is asuma had wind nature and could use fire. and he's from the same clan, so hiruzen learned water en earth.
-he knew all the jutsu of konoha at his time.
- he was displayed as a very old man that fought hashirama and tobirama, in the darkness of their own jutsu maybe they were not at full potential, but he fought them.
- he trained the legendary three sannin that shows how smart he was.
-he had enma, which orochimaru seemed to be scared of for some reason.
-this guy was also a thinker he made the village a little safer signing danzou as anbu leader.
- you can say everything you want but he still saved konoha from orochimaru
- he stood ready to assist minato when the ninetails came
-i think this old man deserves a medal for all his work and commitment
and now people are telling the manga he does nothing and gets little screen time, he has done enough!
- this guy was appointed hokage at youngest age and that without hesitating of tobirama and he was hokage untill the oldest age.
- he could see what was happening everywhere with his telescope technique
-HERE IS THE BIG REASON SARUTOBI WAS STRONG, ITACHI BEGGED HIM TO PROTECT HIM, F***ING ITACHII!!!!,

Asuma had affinities for both katon and futon, so of course he would be able to use both. There's no way for Hiruzen to have known all of the jutsu in Konohagakure, or of course we would have seen him using FTG. As powerful as the Sannin are, Hiruzen did not shape them into how powerful they became. All of the shinobi (excluding ROOT) fought against Kurama. Orochimaru wasn't afraid of Enma in the manga, that was just the anime's attempt to extend an episode. If Hiruzen failed at stopping Orochimaru, Jiraiya would have done it so I don't see your point. Itachi would have begged Tsunade all the same, and we know she's beneath him.
