Tobirama held on Minato's shoulders AND how can he teleport objects by using Minato's FTG mark?

Of course I know about that, but how can he link someone as Minato's different mark from him? He linked to the other's chakra, however maybe Minato did teleport them or nope?

Minato didn't teleport them, it was Tobirama who did it. He was able link to Minato's mark, because mark itself is related to chakra which is Minato's chakra, and which itself was linked to other shinobis in the form of kyuubi cloak link.

Tobirama teleported others using the chakra link between naruto and minato. And that also proves that tobirama can teleport short distance without marking just as he teleported those ninja's to another place without the need for his mark to be there
