Tobirama s/t idea

iv'e recently came up with an idea about tobiramas s/t which i think is pretty cool. first of all i think his s/t uses water to teleport. for example if he uses a water jutsu on a ninja, the ninja would be wet and damaged within that time the shinobi is wet he will be able to teleport to him instantly.Obviously minatos is better but tobirama can be better under certain conditions, meaning whenever its raining he will be able to teleport to every single one of the droplets of water which in the specific battle can make him untouchable. what do you think?

I think his S/T is like Minato's except it takes a second or two to charge up before usage...

I think he could create multiple water dragons at the same time.... C'mon Kishi's gonna make a character look like that, be totally unfazed by hashirama's roused chakra, and scared sasuke, orochimaru, suigetsu, by just lifting up one finger. There's more to that guy than meets the eye. I'm sick of people saying he's featless or he would get buttraped no... Confidence in Naruto is a hint of how powerful they are. If looks could kill Tobirama already killed the Juubi before chuck norris ever thought about it
