He is Overrated.

People know Nothing Off him, Yet they Put him High Just because he is Hashirama's Brother.



arguably he is the Best.
Never seen him in Action with it, Nor have we actually seem him wield it.
It's was Never said he was proficient with his S/T Jutsu (not that i can Remember), Also a Mere assumption that he was as Good as Minato.
He created edo Tesnei, But It was Far from perfected, Both Oro's and Kabutos Far exceed's His, it's Highly questionable If it's a Viable For Combat and What Ninja he could Summon.
Minato Also has shown the Skill to Sense People just by Putting a Finger on the ground.

I agree tobirama could easily be in the top ten he could be higher if he had 2-3 known justu and a if the way his s/t ninjustu works

this people would easily place so6p as the number 1 shinobi based on hype but when it comes to hashi they would make me lose vs jman, minato etc... they simply respond hashi is all hype.

However, if we make a minato, jman vs so6p the same people would say SO6P no difficulty (besides the minato fans) based on hype T_T

Very good, well played! But saying someone defeated someone is fact not hype! It took place, it happened!

edit:We don't know how he beat the Juubi but he did. However, if someone said he used the greatest technique ever, yet we do not know what this technique is or what it actually does, +1 in the hype column for The sage.

Not a whole lot is known about Tobirama. And of those 20 ninja only the gold and silver brothers or w/e they're called were the real threats. No one knows about the other 18, they could've been fodder. Kishi didn't feel Tobirama was BA enough to even show the fight, so why should we? lol
