Ok this is my second thread and I have questions about Tobirama I was hoping everyone can help me with. First of all everyone's argument against Tobirama being a top dog is the fact that he has no counters to the weapons of the mangekyou sharingan and this is valid. But with all the hate Tobirama had against the Uchiha (yes I know he respected and had some by his side) wouldn't he have at least studied some of these attacks and looked for ways to battle the Uchiha? Also if Tobirama was the one who fatally wounded Izuna isn't it possible he could have access to Izuna's DNA or be able to edo tensei Izuna and help him fight Madara? or at least use Izuna as a distraction while the kage fight Madara?

1. Tobirama actually fought MS Izuna, and MS Madara in battle, so i'm pretty sure with all his knowledge on the MS he knows the counters. And not mention the Senju highly trained in all the categories of a ninja

Sharingan is overhyped. The Senju punking out the Uchiha is proof of that, especially in a time where a lot of Uchihas had MS and were spamming Izanagi. The only special Senju was Hashirama, and you could even say that he didn't have any counters to the Sharingan.

Also, Tobirama fought against the Sharingan growing up. Considering Izanami was made to counter Izanagi spams. I'd say it is safe to assume a lot of people had powerful eyes. Since Tobirama himself killed MS Izuna (who has been rumored to be on MS Madara's level), it is safe to assume that he can contend with the MS Sharingan.
As blackstar9 mentions...his lack of feats, other than a one panel view of him mortally wounding Izuna, is his largest problem.

1. No one can say that Tobirama cant counter MS b/c we have not seen what he can do. He obviously can do enough to kill Izuna who had a MS.
2. I dont think he has Izuna's DNA. Tobirama has been dead for quite sometime so where would he get Izuna's DNA?
3. Don't listen to the Tobirama haters. He is epic enough that it takes Hashirama cells to control him as an edo. Also he lifted one finger and the 3rd and 4th Hokages along with everyone else except Hashirama were terrified and almost had heart attacks.
He's the most powerful water style ninja ever which means he probably makes Kisame's water attacks look like water guns for toddlers.
If he's strong enough to kill Izuna who was only 2nd to Madara and strong enough to battle side by side with his brother Hashirama then he has to be Top 5.
I agree 9th raikage that Tobirama is going to end up on top 5. Ok so i'm hoping that I can get my first respect/rep? with this thread. Remember how the seven swordsmen were able to summon their weapons right? Ok so imagine that Tobirama is able to summon his sword he used to kill Izuna with. This is where he will get the DNA to summon Izuna. Just a theory but I thought it was a cool idea. Also imagine this, what if Tobirama, even though slower than Minato, is able to use Space/Time jutsu to warp around and fire off water dragon bullets while moving at speeds where he can barely be seen. Also unlikely but what if Tobirama learned how to enter sage mode from his brother, increasing the water bullets' power to the point to where they can break through Madara's susanoo all while Madara has to deal with Izuna as well? What if Tobirama was killed by Madara instead of the Ginkaku force and it had to do with the oath Hashirama originally made with Madara? Tobirama had a change of heart and decided to follow in his brother's footsteps?

i find it quite fishy that Tobirama was killed by 20 shinobis.i mean,he should have beat them all easily.
wat abt hirzen? i mean, he was called the god of shinobi so he should be very powerfull right? we havent seen much of Hiruzens arsenal either.though this thread is abt tobirama,i have doubts abt Hiruzen too.

no he isnt. no one cared about izuna, kabuto didnt want to get his DNA for the army and no one even mentioned his name till very recently. hes complete fodder and likely had a genric mangekeyo, not a unique power like shisui.
i hope your not suggesting tobirama > ms madara because tobirama has been getting assraped and beaten up his entire life. to cloud ninjas, to hiruzen etc
that is just proof of how weak he was. its so unbelievable that he could lose to fodders that people make excuses and bullshit to try and cover up his embarassing weakness. and unless kishi does a massive retcon and contradicts the accounts of the cloud ninjas who witnessed the kinkaku/ginkaku coup attempt tobirama will ALWAYS be the guy who got the dogshit beat out of him to me
not really. tobirama never won a fight his entire life. he got assraped by madara and had to leave him to his brother, he got assraped by kin and gin despite 2nd raikages help, and he got assraped by 69 year old hiruzen

but didnt the 2nd raikage die? i mean, nothing was mentioned abt the 2nd raikage(apart from coup attempt) overall.and regarding Izuna,he was dead by the time Madara went after Hashiramas cells(it seems that Obito got it from Madara and Orochimaru got it thru tobi) so it is possible that Kabuto did not have his DNA.
