tobirama possibly having sage mode

Does anyone think that tobirama has sage mode. I mean he was quick to sense naruto gathering up nature energy u would expect him to have sage mode...and also what are those marks on his face?

I wouldn't see why not. He has the strong chakra. Whether he was a sensor or not if you can see nature forming around the user you had to be exposed to it somehow. Not only by his brother
