just because he created the techs doesn't make him stronger bro. But he is a beast

They both have the Hiraishin technique and the Shadow clone technique. However Minato, by Tobirama's own admittance, is the faster of the two so should employ FTG better.

Tobirama's Suiton techs should be countered by Space time barrier in any form.

Minato has sealing techniques for Edo Tensei, which in Tobirama's use, revives the dead with only a fraction of their power as Orochmaru demonstrated when he first used Edo Tensei.

Lets not forget that Minato is also a toad user.

Minato has the advantage as far as I can tell.
