Bullshit...Minato and Hiruzen are Edos, so they know they can't died.Tobirama is and always will be a coldheart arrogant characters so of course he is confident.But unlike him, Hiruzen and Minato are good hearted and worry about others, which is why they are showing concern.

Yes...I noticed this as well. I personally agree...at least to me his confidence implies he may be stronger, or that he loves the thrill of dangerous situations. Even so, I've always felt Madaras generation was leagues ahead due to them having to fight almost perpetually. Their techniques and power came as an necessity not by hobby, or kicks. They had to be stronger imo as they were faced with life or death situations almost everyday. Just my opinion no more, no less.

Also look at how especially concerned Hiruzen is, they even used bold characters for dramatic effect.
