He wouldn't simply pound Tobirama down in battle. Take into account the fact that he was Izuna's Senju equivalent, and that Izuna wasn't far behind Madara in terms of power. Yes, Madara would win but no, it wouldn't easy.

On debating matters, Tobirama doesn't give a sh*t and everytime Madz tries to say something, Tobirama SILENCE!s him.

Ok, so we know these two gentleman think very lowly of each other's clans and both present a very arrogant personality.
Tobirama thinks of Uchihas as evil inferiors that must be caged, more or less.
Madara thinks that Senjus are the ugliest people if they are fodders. xd
