Yes. Izuna died from the wounds he received in a fight with Tobirama. It may not have been Tobirama who killed him because the death could have been caused by infection or something but Tobirama is still responsible

The wound Tobirama inflicted upon Izuna caused Izuna's death. So, in a way, Tobirama killed Izuna, yes.

Yes. It was almost a mortal wound -- After Madara took Izuna's eyes, he still wanted to fight blind (badass), but it was Tobirama's cut that probably caused, or aided in, Izuna's death.
