No. Madara killed Tobirama. When edo Tensei'd, Gin and Kin were in their prime, much like they were when they fought Tobirama at Kumo, when they presumably died.

Darui didn't really beat them. Remember he used the Ninja tools to beat them and needed Ino shika cho to beat kinkaku.

not only being a fanboy of tobirama but it's definitely possible. Being ambushed at the peace treaty could explain why he was injured. (anybody can ambush anybody). Tobirama was at near death. how else did he manage to get away by killing Gin and Kin of course!
