Tobirama>Itachi

Now I read some fuul put Hebi Sasuke vs Tobirama well my Goode fodders and foddets thats child's play for the Water God/Lighting God Tobirama. But What about Itachi he studied the ruins of the past similar to Madara but they were more of them and more so current in Madara's time but Tobirama also proves to be observant to an extreme which Itachi is as well he as has justu's we haven't seen yet while Itachi has weapons of the sage but I'm sure Tobirama could counter them but what do you think Tobirama>Itachi or Itachi>Tobirama........ Speak wise
