Tobirama>Itachi?

Tobirama's reaction is so fast that he can counter almost powerful techs example like when Obito blitzed him....

I don't see Itachi beating him in one vs one, and Ama and Tsukuyomi cannot effect Tobirama.
As i said, if Tobirama mark Itachi then he can turn the battle whenever he wants too just spam ftg.

Itachi last weapon is Totsuka Blade.
But remember Tobirama still has his water style tech as well, so i think i'll go for Tobirama.

As much as I like Tobirama I still believe he needs a few more feats before being above Itachi.

I agree tobirama can defeat itachi he is a very high level sensor so he can avoid genjutsu. He has alot more chakra, he has FTG and itachi's water style pale incomparison to tobirama's. Itachi's susanoo is his only chance and tobirama can just sit and wait for itachi to tire. Tobirama wins mid-diff.

What about FTG behind Itachi?

Susano only use for strong defense and powerful attacks, but there is space between Itachi and his own susano, so Tobirama can easy get behind him and slash him with a kunai or paper bomb, imo though.

he cant fight blind. unlike kabuto who had such high level snake senses that he was able to fight by smell, tobirama will simply get amaterasu'd. and how will he know that itachi can cast genjutsu by his finger?

nothing is stopping them from affecting him. you said yourself tobirama must mark someone or something first physically. he cant just throw a kunai like minato
