I see what you mean. In the chapter about Itachi being more aware of things and learning stuff at an early age (thinking like a Hokage), and Tobirama's mature views of alliances and the idea of creating rules to fights, are similar.

just a thought man, i mean tobirama is powerful and speaks the truth, it is wise to fear the Uchiha, he isnt understimating anyone, that sounds like a Itachi thought to me, I just got a vibe that he is just like Itachi but more intense and decisive. both shinobi are awesome fighthers and im guessing they're just as smart as each other, equals.
