Tobirama is NOT overrated, before this war arc, people were talking sh*t about Tobirama, talking about him being ''weak'' even saying he's the WEAKEST HOKAGE. And Hiruzen beat him with ease, and Tsunade will outlast him and punch him to death or something along the line.. lmao
He finally shows some new feats, and people put him higher in their list, and all of a sudden he's ''overrated''. He's NOT overrated, he's gotten a lot of attention lately, but that doesn't make him ''overrated''... Whenever a character does something new, people are always quick to join the bandwagons on both sides and talk about the character is boss/awesome/ strong etc. but at the same time ppl are also quick to call the character ''overrated''.
IF nb is anything to go by, Itachi is overrated, Obito is overrated, Sasuke is overrated, Minato is overrated, Hashirama is overrated, Madara is overrated.. And now ofcourse Tobirama is overrated
