If Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu is exactly the same Jutsu as Shadow Clone only magnified. Then why is it specifically listed as a Kinjutsu? Wouldn't others who try to use Basic Shadow Clone Jutsu to magnify the number of clones like Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu just be the same? Then ultimately if the Basic Shadow Clone Technique carry such a fatal repercussion then that deems it also as a Kinjutsu, which it isn't, therefore it is a different jutsu.

Nope that was a BS, part 1 logics are as good as non canon in part 2 , 8 Trig Seal is Minato's own jutsu (not sure abt this)and he developed it based on 4 Trig seal of Uzumaki clan....
