your conclusion has no logic at all...as seen in the current manga, hashi's personality seems to be carefree just like naruto, minato, and jiraiya. shino is more serious than all of these characters i just stated, does that mean he is stronger than them? no not at all. and besides they can talk to each other however they want to, they are freakin brothers, they dont have to show respect to each other bc they are family. Im sure you told one of your siblings to "SILENCE" before...ive done so alot of times.

Its like the relationship between Vegeta and Goku, Vegeta talks down to Goku and his attitude is more badass but Goku is clearly more powerful yet carefree so he doesn't mind

Think of it like Goku and Vegeta, Goku is stronger than Vegeta But just like the 2nd Vegtea doesnt really show Goku respect its the same the 1st just has that kind of personality that just lets himself get treated like that by his younger brother. He also created the Hokage Style Sixty-Year-Old-Technique Kakuan entering Society with Bliss Bringing Hands, a great ability for subduing jinchuurikis. Not to mention the fact that he CREATED THE ENTIRE FOREST SURROUNDING KONOHA.
So I mean, yeah, whatevs yo.

Ok, first: Tobirama is the younger brother not Hashirama, second: Hashirama can beat his candy*** and third: The reason he talks like that is because he is a douche and his big brother is too kind to him, and besides that Hashirama is the type that doesn't take things like that seriously, he is clearly a playful- happy type.. kinda like how Goku gets talks down to by everyone in DBZ but they who is BOSS when it comes to strongest fighter!
