What I'm saying is that minato was caught by onmyoudon prior to obito gaining full control and that's why he couldn't regenerate
The black orbs obito was using before that weren't ninjutsu negators

False. It is Obito the one who controls the Onmyoudon element. The one you referenced was not Obito, it was the Juubi who took over Obito.

the black orbs are like kunai without poison. If Sakura hit Naruto with her kunai it would cut him open..
but if later if she added poison to the kunai and cut Naruto, he would be poisoned then, not before she added poison to it.

the orbs were just to attack then... after that, he added the jutsu canceling ability to the orbs.
Minato was the only one hit by the black orbs lvl 2..

Everyone who got hit with the black orbs before Obito got control of the Juubi, regenerated back.
When Obito got control of the Juubi, the first target that got hit was Minato and his arm didnt regenerate back.
Do you really believe that Minato is the only among the edo's in that fight, that isnt immune to the onmyoudon and that all others are immune? Dont you see how unlikely that would be?

If he was using onmyoudon from the start, someone would probably have mentioned it earlier.
Next to this, Minato said that they needed to be extra careful, cause their limbs wouldnt regenerate back. He didnt said ''I have to be more careful, but he said ''we''.

Naruto says ''we have to fight ourselfs'', implying both Minato and Tobirama are affected by the onmyoudon.

Another good example is the following:
Naruto uses normal rasengan when he is in normal mode, but in sage mode, he can add sage mode chakra to it.

Obito uses normal black stuff when he is not in control of the Juubi (who has yin yang power) and he can add the yin yang control onmyoudon to the jutsu when he is in control of the Juubi and its yin yang power.

So as you can see, Tobirama is not immune to onmyoudon.
