Tobirama just did what must be done to secure his clan future he is a solider not a damn love boy he don't try to shake hands from everybody Tobirama can see threat coming but not hashirama , hashirama see one good point and try to cover all other bad points in a person heart . hashirama don't know anything about madara's pain . that's why at this stage madara cant be trusted and Tobirama knows that . that's why he said those words .

this is just a false statement. The Uchiha have been continuously punished for nothing. They were given a position in the village in which they would always be watched and given no trust and then years later they get tossed into a lonely part of the village and gets mistreated for the ninetails attack that they had nothing to do with. The village is more hateful than they are they just look like the bad guys because as a wise man once said "history is written by the victors"
