Edo Bombs, Kenjutsu, physically dominant Taijutsu (the guy was breaking a wall by pressing his palm against it), Suiton, and FTG.

Then you can mix and match this abilities for even more power.

homage,chairs....dude..its hokage and chakra....I agree too...Tobirama is super strong...He has speed (hiraishin)...he is the creator of kage bunshin and edo-tensei...his techniques are all simply superb...his water based techniques are strong too...he is a complete ninja with immense chakra as well...we saw a glimpse of that during orochimaru's attempt at invasion of konoha...when he summoned both hashirama and tobirama as edo-tensei and then tobirama used a water based ninjutsu attack of insane volume in an area with absolutely no water...he is also the one who defeated izuna...arguably the second strongest hokage after hashirama...But in my opinion he is a jack of all trades but master of none...the true ultimate master of hiraishin is minato...the ultimate master of kage-bunshin is naruto and the ultimate master of edo-tensei is orochimaru..Still he is a sure top 10...if not top 5

Tobirama has too much to keep pressing bee and is much more intelligent and analytical besides bee holds no surprises, hell tobirama just has to tag him and its game over as he can instantly get behind him and ko him lol

Your making it too situational, OK let's say bee transforms really fast and manages to produce a tbb quickly are you trying to say that is faster than than tobiramas ability to ftg? If your asking where he will ftg he can place markings on his Edo of which I should think he can create a few and no they won't be all standing in one spot waiting for be too attack they would spread out band flank him so when he does go octopus mode and uses tbb he will get owned by several Edo coming from different directions exploding on him and as far as I'm aware the only place tbb comes out is his mouth so gg. Also tobiramas suit on cut through the god tree and you think bee is more invincible than that haha don't make me laugh. P.s why bring bee up he isnt even top 10.
